Deep Thoughts from Caedmon

Since we’ve been watching a lot of Star Wars lately, Caedmon asked me what “sensors” are. I did my best to explain, and either did a good job or a fabulously horrible one. Because the other day, Caedmon told me, “Mom, I have sensors in my eyes. So that when I wake up and it’s dark outside and everybody else is asleep, I can see in the dark. My sensors do that.”

Another example of television advertising at work: Caedmon said, “Mom, just so you know, Chuck E. Cheese’s games ROCK!”

Honor was “exploring” near Oz’s food one day and tried to put some in her mouth. Caedmon said, “No Honor, you can’t eat Oz’s dog food. It won’t taste good.”

What a sweet brother. That’s the exact opposite of what I told my younger sister.
