As of Wednesday afternoon, we have siding and shutters.
We also have electrical and HVAC roughed-in.
I noticed they’ve moved some of the air ducts from where they were before. I’m really interested to know why they did that, but I may never know.
I wrote another scripture, this one on the stairs. It was recommended by a reader, and I’m super glad she brought it to my attention.
Romans 16:20 “The God of Peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.”
I’m sure we’ll keep writing others as we come up with them until the sheetrock is up. I’d really like to put the entirety of Psalm 91 around the house, but I will have to figure out how to make that happen.
I LOVE the idea of writing scripture on your house before it's built... fantabulous! I'm definitely recommending that to my friend who's about to start building soon.
ReplyDeleteHuzzah for siding and shutters! I think the siding looks really good! The brick-effect looks so real too! I like the fact that you are blessing your construction with scriptures. I hope that keeps the house as strong on its foundation as the excellent construction does. Is your home finished by now?
