1 month ago today, we welcomed Honor Elyse. I can’t promise that I’ll do a monthly post, but here’s one for today!
Honor is a great baby. She’s content and happy. She sleeps and eats well, and rarely cries.
Except for when I’m trying to take a picture.
Caedmon adores Honor.
But now that I have two to keep up with, I’m starting to think his face will never be clean again.
And we’ve pretty much given up on getting him to wear clothes at home. It’s not a battle I feel the need to fight unless we’re going to be in public.
The laundry is still iffy and the checkbook is still behind. But I’m loving hanging out with these two every day. I wouldn’t trade it for the world!
My 2 1/2 year old has a "thing" now where he wants to wear his PJ shirt all day. He'll put shorts/pants on but the shirt is a no-no. I told my husband that it is ok because the little boy on one of the blogs I follow doesn't like to wear shirts or pants and if his mom says it is ok, than I'm not fighting this battle either HA! So, thanks :-) I can't believe she's a month old already!!

ReplyDeleteThe bottom pic of C and H reminded me sooo much of your cousin Eric when he was a little boy C's features just favor Eric to me in that pic. but then I also always see my dad in C's face...
