That’s How He Rolls

In case you hadn’t noticed, I have a little boy in my house. A little boy who is a mess.

A cute mess, but a mess.

He loves to run around the house sans clothing. I’m told this is normal for a toddler.

Just between you and me, I think the term “normal” is used rather loosely when it comes to toddlers.

One of the things he’s fascinated with right now is the toilet and accompanying roll of tissue. He always wants to lift the lid and see what’s inside, I guess like a big boy checking under the hood of a car.

And as for the tissue, he thinks he should be able to blow his nose each time he’s in the bathroom and whatever else might come with such fun things.

So the other day, Husband came home and unknown to me, took the gate off our bedroom door, allowing C access to our room and bathroom.

A few minutes later, I was greeted by a half-naked boy who was trailing tissue behind him.I had to investigate the tissue trail, and here’s what I found. All the way through the living room… …around the corner… …through our room… …through the bathroom……all the way to the potty.

And as I was investigating, someone came back to the scene of the crime… I’m glad I buy TP in bulk.
