Those are some of the things I really look forward to as Chickster grows. Hopefully he won't be interested in the high-heeled shoes or the princess part, but I can't wait until he is learning to use his imagination and explore the world. He's already started on a small scale, and I love it.
He was playing in his room the other day and decided to dump all the toys out and play with the $1.49 tub from Wal-Mart. He had a blast.
So I decided to see what he thought of the laundry basket that just happened to still be in his room because his lazy Mommy had finally finished putting his clothes away from two days ago. It was a hit.
Life's made up of the simple things, you know. I hope we can keep enjoying simple things for a long time.

I thing you need a bigger laundry basket. And HE needs a refridgerator box!
ReplyDeleteRemember those huge canisters your dad brought home from somewhere... Ya'll hooked two of them together to have a two story tower...and cut windows...etc. All the neighborhood kids loved that cardboard fortress for the few weeks it survived the kids and the elements.
