Playtime and More

Chickster is becoming more alert now, and is starting to enjoy checking out his toys. Here are a few shots of him discovering some of them.



He spends a lot of time in the kitchen with me, so I made a mobile from the light fixture. Nice, huh? Don't worry - it comes down when we eat.

I got Chickster a new toy for his bed. It looks totally fun to me. I don't think he found it that interesting - at least not here.

Here he is with Dr. Smith at our follow-up appointment. She was the first person to actually lay eyes on Chickster. She kept saying, "He has a lot of hair!" We love Dr. Smith and are glad she was the one to deliver Chickster.


Here's Chickster in a Baby Gap ensemble - one of the few things that actually fits him right now. Sad, because it looks like he just broke out of the joint. He doesn't wear the hat much, which helps keep him from looking quite so much like an escaped felon. But still - somebody should've put a little more thought into that design. (For the record I didn't buy it - it was given to us and I'm glad we have it or else he'd have even fewer things to wear!)
